Israel provides humanitarian aid to Japan as flood toll hits 156
Coverage of JISP/IsraAID's response to the flooding in Western Japan in i24 News:
"IsraAID, a leading international humanitarian non-governmental organisation, deployed an emergency response team to the Okayama prefecture in western Japan on Monday.
The emergency aid came as local rescue workers carried out house-to-house searches Tuesday in the increasingly unlikely hope of finding survivors.
“The Japanese people are some of the most resilient and inspiring people we have ever worked with. We are proud of our Japanese team and will continue to support the affected communities as long as needed,” Yotam Polizer, IsraAID's co-CEO said in a statement on Monday."
